Ten riders are invited to participate in the NHRA exhibition series and the selection is based on their points standings in AHDRA's Screamin' Eagle Top Fuel class.
Rider's compete as an exhibition class at selected NHRA events and are awarded a cash purse at each event. Points are calculated in accordance with the AHDRA point's system to determine a Champion at the conclusion of the series.
The 2006 NHRA Screamin' Eagle Nitro Harley Champion was Tommy Grimes of Pfafftown, NC. Grimes rides for Ray Price Harley-Davidson and Samson Exhaust.
The 2007 dates for the Screamin' Eagle Nitro Harley exhibitions at the NHRA POWERade Series are as follows:
