AHDRA'S SEASON KICKOFF APPROACHES—AND IT ALL BEGINS WITH GENEROUS SUPPORT FROM FRIENDS OLD AND NEW

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., February 21, 2005 - AHDRA headquarters is gearing up for the season opener March 5th & 6th at Gainesville Raceway. Support from sponsors is vital to the success of each season and AHDRA is leading off the 2005 season with enormous backing from the best in the business.

The 2005 Screamin' Eagle Performance Parts Championship Series allows racers of all levels to enjoy the thrill of competition and the performance that genuine Screamin' Eagle components can deliver. With that-AHDRA announces the return of Screamin' Eagle Performance Parts as the series sponsor.

Screamin' Eagle Performance Parts will also head up event title roles in Gainesville, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Sturgis, SD; Rockingham, NC; and the $15,000 Las Vegas High Stakes Shoot-Out. They will also return as sponsor in four classes of competition that include Nitro Harley, V-Rod, SEP 11.50 Index, and Syn3 ET racing.

JIMS is back as the Pro Fuel class title-holder and will keep their name in lights at the season finale in Las Vegas. The JIMS Twin Cam Race Kit (120cid), available exclusively through Harley-Davidson dealers is on the list of "hot products". The complete component package is designed to serve as a solid foundation for racers seeking big horsepower and displacement. Joining JIMS in the supporting role in Las Vegas will be brand-new sponsor of AHDRA, Barnett Clutches. A family owned and operated business; Barnett is dedicated to making the world's finest clutches and cables. Look for the biggest Vegas show and he wildest ride ever when the JIMS Las Vegas Nationals Presented by Barnett Clutches hits The Strip in November.

S&S Cycle has been a leading manufacturer of Proven Performance V-Twin motorcycle components and engines for over 45 years and will continue to play a major role in racing in 2005.

S & S will be the official title sponsor for three AHDRA races in 2005: Bakersfield, CA; Budds Creek, MD; and Bristol, TN. S & S is also sponsoring the following classes in the AHDRA during 2005: Pro Stock, Pro Gas, Super Sport, and the new S&S 124" Challenge class.

G Squared Motorsports is the proud new sponsor of the AHDRA Street Pro Class. G Squared Motorsports is owned by George Smith, part owner and Chairman of the Board of S&S Cycle, Inc. and George Bryce, owner of Bryce's Star Racing and six-time NHRA championship winner.

Smith commented, "G Squared's support of the AHDRA is part of our company's overall effort to work with S&S Cycle to promote increased participation in V-Twin drag racing. G Squared is the exclusive distributor of affordable and competitive S&S engine packages developed this past season that are now available to help bring new racers to the sport."

Kresto Hand Cleaning Products is back to sponsor the Pro Drag class and will return as the title sponsor of the Pacific Nationals in Seattle. Drag Masters is back for the heads-up action in Hot Street. And that's because, where racing is a way of life, Drag Masters' number one goal is promoting AHDRA and the sport of racing.

You've heard the saying. "Everything's bigger in Texas." And it certainly is true. Rucker Performance returns as the official sponsor of the Ennis, TX, event in April. Plus: new for 2005—Rucker Performance has been named title sponsor of the Super Gas class. Bill Rucker was the founder of American Ironhorse before forming Rucker Performance. Rucker Performance is a unique company that builds both custom motorcycles and custom hotrods. Catch Bill Rucker and his custom display when AHDRA heads to Texas Motorplex April 23rd and 24th.

Teaming up in the presenting role in Texas will be Drag Specialties, whom AHDRA is proud to announce as the new "Official Aftermarket Supplier." Drag Specialties is an industry leading dealer-distributor of aftermarket parts and accessories for Harley-Davidsons. They take pride in the quality and quantity offered while sharing a common bond-the appreciation and passion for motorcycles. So look for the Drag Specialties name to be bigger and better than ever during the 2005 season. They will present a total of six events, including Texas, California, Georgia, Norwalk, St. Louis, and Rockingham. Drag Specialties will host on-site hospitality and manufacturer displays at all AHDRA events.

More "official" news is the announcement of Mac Tools as the "Official Tool Supplier" of AHDRA. Since 1938, Mac Tools has delivered the best tools in the market. Mac Tools will have visible presence during the 2005 season and will cap the season off with a grand prize award for the two candidates named as Sportsman and Pro Wrench of the Year. Tom Johnson Camping Center remains the "Official RV Supplier" of AHDRA. Tom Johnson displays their product line at numerous AHDRA events and proudly sports their name on elite motor homes throughout the AHDRA pits.

Buell American Motorcycles is the "Official Pit Bike of AHDRA" with proven performance both on and off the track. GenTech continues as the "Official Fuel Testing Equipment" of AHDRA.

Vanson Leathers has been a supporting partner of AHDRA for many years, and they're back in 2005 as the "Official Leathers Provider" of AHDRA with an impressive contingency posting and Vanson jackets for the 2005 champions.

AHDRA will debut a new "Elite" Contingency Sponsor Program with expanded involvement from the best in the industry. On board already for the new program are PR Factory Store, Energy One Clutches, Hal's Harley-Davidson, Rivera-Primo, BUB Exhausts, and Barnett Clutches.
