AHDRA FINALIZES 2003 NATIONAL POINTS SERIES SCHEDULE

FIVE NEW STOPS ... AND A DOUBLE STOP IN VEGAS HIGHLIGHT THE TOUR

Winston-Salem, NC, November 27, 2002 - AHDRA President, Craig Tharpe announced the 2003 National Points Series Schedule this week, with plans to visit new facilities and two appearances in Las Vegas.

"The AHDRA is committed to providing racers and fans with the top facilities available to ensure safety for competitors, while providing quality entertainment for spectators", Tharpe explained. "We are excited to add new tracks to this year's schedule along with some of our strongest venues from the years past".

The 2003 season will kick off in Gainesville, FL during Daytona's famed, "Bike Week".

The AHDRA will hold the season opener on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 4th & 5th. "We believe there is a real opportunity here to draw new fans, as well as capturing a portion of the "Bike Week" market", Tharpe added. "We are looking forward to a thrilling debut in Gainesville".

The first West Coast stop for AHDRA will be Firebird International Raceway, Phoenix,AZ in April, followed by a first time "spring" visit to "The Strip" at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in May. Why the 2nd visit to Vegas? Tharpe says there is strong fan support and sponsorship participation in the area. "With the increasing interest in bike related activities during the spring, we believe the AHDRA will offer motorcycle enthusiasts and race fans a perfect outlet to kick off the riding season".

May also includes a stop at Atlanta Dragway, Commerce, GA. Load your trailers with plenty of parts in June as AHDRA hosts a full month of racing beginning in Norwalk, OH. Norwalk Raceway is a fan favorite and the AHDRA believes the 2003 stop will be the biggest yet. Following Norwalk, the AHDRA returns to Bandimere Speedway in Denver, CO followed by a visit to Dallas, TX and wrapping up the June road show will be a stop in Seattle, WA.

July brings back the Mid-Atlantic Nationals, Budds Creek, MD and the August schedule leads off at AHDRA's largest event of 2002, Bristol Dragway, followed by a first time stop in Topeka, KS.

Woodburn, Oregon and Indianapolis highlight September and October closes the season with premiere events in Rockingham, NC and Las Vegas, NV.

There is plenty of exciting news coming for the 2003 season as the AHDRA proudly brings you the largest National Points Tour ever at the world's finest facilities.
