Notification to all competitors racing this February in Gainesville, FL as a part of the AHDRA Screamin' Eagle Performance Parts Bike Week Nationals.

The Florida Department of Transportation has a new over length permit that is required for any truck and trailer combination that is longer then 65 foot. The permit can be easily obtained online on the Florida DOT website. The permit carries a $20 fee that is far cheaper then the $1,000 fine.

Identify your size load and fill out the application, A one time use or a yearly use is available. You must fill the application out and PRINT it. The form will not be saved or stored on the website. The form can be faxed to them at 850-410-5779.

They will fax your permit back to you or send it to you in US mail. DO this now ... so you have it in time for the Gainesville event.

Thursday, February 28th
Gates open for racers and vendors from 10:00am-6:00pm. Gates will shut down at 6:00pm.

Friday, February 29th
8:00am - Gates Open, AHDRA Tech & Registration Opens
11:00am-3:00pm Test and Tune - $100 per bike (conducted by Gainesville Raceway)
3:30pm Mandatory Riders Meeting
4:00pm Round One Qualifying - Run order: SP, PM, PD, PG, PF, PS, TF, SG, VR, SS, SSC, SE, HS, SEP, VRD, ET
$15 admission fee for Friday qualifying (applies to Spectators only)

Saturday, March 1st
7:30am - Gates open; Tech and Registration open
9:00am - Qualifying for Sportsman Classes
11:00am - Qualifying for Pro Classes

Sunday, March 2nd
8:00am - Gates Open; Tech and Registration open
9:00am - Eliminations for Sportsman classes (as needed to narrow the fields to 16 or less)
12:15pm - Opening Ceremonies
12:30pm - Pro Eliminations begin

Test & Tune
